Perform financial reporting, variance and manufacturing cost analysis, and forecasting. Develop models (DCF/IRR/NPV), support budgeting and strategic decisions, and partner cross-functionally on new product introductions. Provide ad-hoc project analysis and actionable insights to improve financial performance.

Lead finance for all Americas manufacturing sites, manage and develop Plant Controllers, own regional operational finance reporting, inventory controls, forecasting, and plant CapEx. Partner with operations leadership to drive cost reduction, process improvements, and strategic initiatives supporting regional growth and operational performance.

Design, build, and test prototypes and full-scale systems; create 2D/3D CAD models and technical documentation; develop test plans and data acquisition setups; collaborate cross-functionally to validate thermal, airflow, materials, water quality, and carbon-capture performance.
