Supports lab managers and engineers with test-process improvement, process mapping, process flow documentation, innovation projects, 5S activities, and lab automation involving process control and data analysis. The intern will work hands-on with electro-mechanical control systems, instrumentation, measurement techniques, and process improvement initiatives.

Coordinates customer-required project documentation across multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closeout. Manages document registers, submission schedules, submittal packages, revisions, approvals, version control, customer portals, status tracking, and final turnover records. Collaborates with project, engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders to address documentation gaps, meet contractual deadlines, and support project schedules. The role also contributes to workflow standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and PMO practices.

Maintains the manufacturing Quality Management System and ISO 9001 compliance, manages metrology and incoming inspection, and drives product and process quality. Responsibilities include supplier and customer claims, warranty issues, inspection plans, nonconforming material, quarantine control, root cause analysis, corrective actions, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and supervision of Quality Inspectors.
