Lead BAC's global technology scouting program and regional execution, build a high-quality pipeline of technologies and partnerships, evaluate and prioritize opportunities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, mentor regional resources, support partnerships/licensing and IP activities, and continuously improve scouting processes and tools to advance selected technologies into NPI-ready projects.

Design, implement, and operate global LAN/WAN/WLAN/data center networks. Lead projects, manage firewalls and SD-WAN, support OT segmentation in manufacturing, perform incident response and DR activities, maintain documentation, and mentor junior staff while supporting after-hours and on-call needs.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for steel and fabricated components across multiple North and Latin American manufacturing sites. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supply continuity, monitor market trends, drive supplier performance and cost reduction, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Quality to support launches, capacity planning, and risk mitigation.
