Lead project-level accounting for large customer contracts and internal capital projects across the contract lifecycle. Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition, contract assets/liabilities, billing, cash tracking, month-end close, audit support, and project accounting schedules. Partner with project management, engineering, operations, and AR to ensure accurate financial outcomes and drive process/system improvements, including SAP enhancements and system implementations.

Perform financial reporting, variance and manufacturing cost analysis, and forecasting. Develop models (DCF/IRR/NPV), support budgeting and strategic decisions, and partner cross-functionally on new product introductions. Provide ad-hoc project analysis and actionable insights to improve financial performance.

Lead finance for all Americas manufacturing sites, manage and develop Plant Controllers, own regional operational finance reporting, inventory controls, forecasting, and plant CapEx. Partner with operations leadership to drive cost reduction, process improvements, and strategic initiatives supporting regional growth and operational performance.
