Leads manufacturing systems readiness for a greenfield facility, including requirements, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, launch, stabilization, and transition to site ownership. Coordinates Operations, IT, Engineering, Quality, HR, suppliers, and manufacturing systems teams. Supports workforce training, user adoption, documentation, governance, data integrity, cybersecurity, production traceability, and operational performance. Tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while ensuring MES, Tulus, ERP, and related shop-floor systems meet plant startup and ongoing production needs.

Leads people-readiness strategy and execution for major business expansion initiatives. Owns workforce planning, organizational design, recruiting, compensation, HR systems, employee relations, onboarding, training, communications, and change management. Develops integrated HR project plans, manages risks and dependencies, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and measures readiness outcomes. Requires extensive HR and manufacturing experience, strong influence and project leadership skills, and the ability to operate across regions and cultures. Significant domestic travel up to 75% is required, with possible international travel.

Leads environmental, health, and safety compliance for new manufacturing sites, including EHS management systems, permits, environmental assessments, training, digital platforms, risk reduction, KPI reporting, and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. Partners with operations, engineering, HR, facilities, regulators, auditors, and external risk-management providers to establish safe, compliant, and effective plant operations.
