Lead regional NPI manufacturing deployment: develop standards and processes, manage launch readiness, coordinate supply chain and ramp planning, perform DFMA/PFMEA and pilot builds, drive continuous improvement, and present data-driven status to senior management.

Provide structural engineering analyses and evaluations for customer-specific applications (wind, seismic, transportation, rigging, installation). Prepare calculations, models, and recommendations; apply codes/standards; support testing, validation, and cross-functional engineering teams; and improve engineering methods and tools to meet global customer commitments.
