The Plant Manager oversees the plant's operations, P&L responsibility, production planning, quality assurance, and compliance, while leading a large team and driving improvements.

Serve as scrum master and change agent to deploy agile principles across global product development teams. Facilitate meetings, coach teams on scrum/agile, remove impediments, track team metrics, drive process improvements, support backlog refinement, risk discussions, and enable faster delivery through training, tooling, and innovation practices.

Manage complex manufacturing projects from opportunity through customer acceptance: develop schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage documentation, resolve issues, ensure compliance, and drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
