Own the global GE Proficy MES solution and template across manufacturing sites. Lead MES rollouts, plant readiness, solution architecture, design governance, technical standards, integration quality, code reviews, platform roadmap, and engineer mentoring. Validate infrastructure, automation, and SAP integration, while applying ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards. The role requires deep Proficy, industrial automation, SQL Server, and MES integration expertise, with approximately 40% international travel.

The Internal Support Analyst supports customer service operations, SAP SD processes, logistics troubleshooting, employee training, KPI reporting, month-end close, and process improvements.
