Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate projects, create and distribute branded content, monitor campaign performance and reporting, support lead generation and customer engagement, manage vendors and events, and conduct market and competitor research.

Manage outbound dispatching, warehouse storage, inbound product receipts, inventory cycle counts, staffing allocation, pre-shipment inspections, and daily safety meetings. The role includes booking appropriately sized vehicles, processing products in SAP, inspecting imported goods, optimizing warehouse space, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating temporary workers, and promoting safe warehouse practices.

Leads OEM and component foam business development and sales across North India, Gujarat, and Central India. Responsibilities include acquiring and managing automotive, industrial, HVAC, EV, rail, and battery OEM accounts; growing revenue and margins; generating specifications; presenting technical solutions; developing project pipelines; forecasting sales; analyzing markets and competitors; supporting pricing strategies; and coordinating with plant, product development, supply chain, and marketing teams.
