The Master Scheduler develops and maintains feasible manufacturing schedules, weekly production plans, and 8–12-week planning horizons using SAP. Responsibilities include optimizing inventory and planning parameters, coordinating with planners, sales, production, customer service, procurement, finance, and other plants, managing delivery risks and material shortages, monitoring schedule adherence, supporting S&OP, and driving continuous improvement and capacity utilization.

Owns strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and full lifecycle management for Armacell’s Advanced Insulation and Component Foams portfolio. Leads market research, customer insight, innovation, stage-gate development, pricing, go-to-market planning, portfolio optimization, and business performance analysis. Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Revenue Management, and Finance while leading global teams and product launches.

Processes and verifies invoices, matches them to purchase orders and goods receipts, maintains accounting data, supports expense claims, monitors payable balances, assists with month-end close and reconciliations, and resolves vendor payment discrepancies. The role also supports administrative and compliance activities within an international finance team.
