We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager and Business Partner with a strong industrial background to lead Armacell Poland's Finance function and take full responsibility for the local Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Your Tasks
Lead and develop the local Finance team
Own Armacell Poland's Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Partner with Plant and Commercial Leadership to drive business performance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Deliver insights on profitability, costs, and business performance
Evaluate CAPEX investments and business opportunities
Prepare and file Armacell Poland's statutory accounts under local and IFRS GAAP
Prepare and file Income Tax and VAT declarations
Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements
Your Profile
Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Administration
Strong experience in Finance and Controlling within a manufacturing environment
Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Solid knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and transfer pricing
Proven leadership experience and people development skills
Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
