Senior MES Solution Engineer - (GE Proficy)

Shape the technical backbone of Armacell's global manufacturing operations as the authority for GE Proficy MES, ensuring consistent, standardised deployments across every plant worldwide.

Your Tasks

• Drive MES rollout and plant readiness across global manufacturing sites

• Validate infrastructure, automation and SAP integration readiness

• Hold technical ownership of the MES solution and global template

• Lead solution architecture and design governance for GE Proficy Plant Applications

• Define and enforce technical and development standards across the platform

• Review and challenge integration partner deliverables for quality and compliance

• Direct design and code reviews, integration principles and architectural decisions

• Maintain the platform roadmap, drive standardisation and mentor engineers

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems or industrial automation

• Extensive hands-on experience with GE Proficy Plant Applications, Proficy Historian and CIMPLICITY

• Demonstrated expertise in SAP integration within a manufacturing execution environment

• Working knowledge of PLC, SCADA and OPC UA integration principles

• Proficiency in SQL Server administration and troubleshooting within MES environments

• Applied knowledge of ISA-95 and ISA-88 architecture standards across multi-site deployments

• .NET/C# development, REST APIs and Azure DevOps or Git workflows an advantage

• Availability for international travel (~40%)
