Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, HSSE, engineering standards, and contractual obligations.

Lead end-to-end corporate travel, air transportation, protocol and guest accommodation operations across multiple Nigerian locations. Develop travel policies and governance, negotiate airline/hotel contracts, manage a USD ~20M travel budget, lead a 30-person team, ensure HSE compliance, vendor SLAs, regulatory interface, and deliver cost savings, operational continuity and VIP protocol services.

Lead project risk and performance management for major oil & gas projects: coordinate across disciplines, identify risks and KPIs, perform risk assessments and mitigation planning, use PDRI/PR2 to embed milestones and contractual levers, support project managers, monitor risk exposure and burndown trends, maintain documentation, support audits and reviews, and capture lessons learned to improve project delivery.

Manage and maintain electrical and electromechanical systems across company facilities, supervising contractors, ensuring PPM and HSE compliance, supporting procurement and budgeting, coordinating specialized systems (UPS, ATS, fire and kitchen equipment), and participating in projects, commissioning, and asset documentation to maximize availability and safety.

Lead cost control and budgeting for TEPNG projects: develop PPM/CMS cost processes, consolidate portfolio cost reports, manage cost reporting teams, monitor SAP cost-control tools, ensure invoice approvals and SOX compliance, identify risks/opportunities, support budgeting and contract variation assessments, and share lessons learned across projects.

Develop and maintain a Project Management System (CMS/PPM), standardize project templates, procedures and hierarchies, train teams, manage cross-functional task forces, support project process improvements, and capture lessons learned across major oil & gas projects to improve performance, quality, and efficiency.

Designs, installs, operates and maintains telecom systems (PA/GA, CCTV, GMDSS, radios, microwave links, WiMAX, 4G/LTE, satellite, radar/AIS). Prepares technical specifications, evaluates bids, supervises offshore specialists and contractors, manages FAT/commissioning, develops maintenance contracts and replacement plans, and delivers project documentation and reports to ensure system availability.
