Support the Lead Quality Engineer to implement and monitor QA/QC across a 22 km pipeline re-routing program. Coordinate field inspection (welding, coating, civil/structural), enforce procedures and ITPs, conduct audits, manage NCRs/CAPA and PQORs, compile quality reports, coordinate inspectors, manage technical change control, and engage stakeholders to ensure contractor compliance and timely close-out of quality actions.
