Embed as the primary product analytics partner on a digital product team. Define measurement plans, KPIs, funnels, build Power BI dashboards, analyze member behavior and funnel drop-off, design and interpret A/B tests, write SQL and Python for analysis and automation, and translate findings into clear product recommendations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, ETL/ELT, and BI solutions. Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake-backed semantic models and Power BI reports; build SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures; use AI-assisted tooling (Claude, MCP) to accelerate BI development; manage work in Azure DevOps, version control with GitHub; ensure QA, documentation, stakeholder communication, and mentor fellow developers.

Build and maintain production data pipelines and foundations for People Analytics and AI-driven tools. Integrate HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse), design data models, ensure governance for sensitive employee data, support data science and reporting, and deliver dashboards and Streamlit apps. Optimize queries, enable LLM consumption with quality and latency controls, and collaborate cross-functionally to transition AI prototypes to production.
