The Recruiter will recruit high-quality talent through various methods, manage HR responsibilities, and maintain the HR system. They will also provide training for managers on effective recruiting practices. This role requires continuous recruitment to support company growth.

The Recruiter will source, screen, and hire candidates while managing agencies, assisting in HR responsibilities, and training managers.

Respond to inbound leads, visit clients' homes within the service area, assess water damage, propose restoration solutions, follow up with customers, and communicate with internal teams. Build rapport, ask open questions, and close sales using a base-plus-commission compensation structure.

Serve clients through the restoration process by responding to leads, assessing and documenting water/mold/fire damage, proposing solutions, performing mitigation work (extraction, demolition, drying), coordinating project updates, and maintaining equipment and professional appearance. Split time between client-facing sales and hands-on field restoration based on business needs.

Manage monthly consolidations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure timely, GAAP-compliant results. Lead onboarding/integration of acquisitions, support audits and system implementations, drive process improvements, and mentor accounting staff.

Provide accounting consultation to managers, develop financial policies and systems, perform special financial studies, advise on fiscal procedures, ensure compliance, and handle confidential financial data. Occasional travel may be required.

Coach community managers, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company standards, oversee budgets, capital projects, vendor management, and resident/employee experience to achieve performance goals.

Lead and build Loop's product marketing function from scratch: define positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, content, and competitive intelligence. Use AI and analytics (Claude, PostHog) to iterate messaging, verify product claims with engineering, and drive market category creation while partnering with product, sales, and founders.
