- Be the champion of a customer-centric culture, creating an environment where both residents and employees feel valued and heard.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Leadership Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, with at least 2 years as a Regional or District Manager.
- Industry Insight: Proven experience in property management is essential; a background in manufactured housing communities or multifamily assets is highly valued.
- Financial Acumen: A demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, controlling expenses, and managing P&L statements and budgets.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: A history of delivering outstanding results, both individually and through the teams you lead.
