Build and maintain pipeline and forecasting reports, dashboards, and metrics; identify risks and opportunities; improve data quality and reporting reliability; triage analytics requests; and embed AI tooling into analytics workflows to accelerate output and ensure analytical rigor.

Lead Apollo's litigation and disputes function end-to-end: manage active litigation, pre-litigation, regulatory inquiries, and arbitrations; oversee outside counsel and discovery (including e-discovery vendors); build litigation infrastructure and retention protocols; advise cross-functional stakeholders on litigation and privacy risk; identify systemic exposure and report to leadership.

Lead product marketing for merchant-facing products: shape product strategy with customer and competitive insights, own end-to-end GTM and launches, drive product adoption and growth, create client-facing messaging, analyze data to inform segmentation and performance, and align cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives.

Design and build a centralized reliability platform and developer-facing APIs. Implement AI agents for incident triage, log/trace summarization, and recommended actions. Own projects end-to-end and collaborate with product, infra, data, and SRE teams.
