Provide front-desk and clerical support for a mental health clinic: check in clients using MyAvatar EHR, schedule and manage appointments, maintain records, verify benefits, handle calls, perform general office tasks, coordinate supplies, and support team reporting and attendance benchmarks.

Lead all fundraising, major gifts, planned giving, grants, events, and marketing/communications. Manage development team, donor portfolios, Bloomerang-driven campaigns, budgets, and stewardship to meet revenue goals in partnership with the CEO.

Greet and assist students, staff, parents, and visitors in English and Spanish; manage visitor sign-in, phone, and email; perform clerical tasks (scheduling, records, data entry, mail); collect funds and distribute materials; coordinate dismissals, aftercare, and field trip support; assist student health room and emergencies; support events and logistics and other administrative duties. Background check required. Full-time, 9:45 am–6:00 pm.

Coordinate and support Learning & Development operations including curriculum and eLearning support, workshop facilitation logistics, vendor and facilitator relations, training compliance, marketing/communications for offerings, and administrative/project support to advance equity-centered staff development.
