Capital Area Food Bank
The Capital Area Food Bank is the anchor of the hunger relief infrastructure in the Washington metro area, working to solve hunger and chronic undernutrition. It sources and distributes food for over 60 million meals annually to people across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia through a network of over 400 nonprofit partners, while providing nutrition education and creating permanent pathways out of food insecurity.
