Manages fundraising and donor partnership projects, including prospect research, briefings, proposals, due diligence, stewardship, events, and donor engagement. Coordinates cross-functional contributors and senior leaders, develops cultivation strategies, improves business development processes, maintains Salesforce pipeline data, and ensures timely, high-quality deliverables. The role also supports conference participation and integrates equity considerations into funding decisions.

Processes teacher and administrator certification applications, reviews transcripts, continuing education credits, and renewal requirements, and issues certificates according to organizational policies. Responds to certification inquiries through email, phone, and ticketing systems; reviews course approval requests; maintains confidential records; and manages assignments efficiently in a remote work environment.

Leads AV staff and manages audio-visual systems supporting daily attraction operations, live events, installations, maintenance, and technical support at Ark Encounter. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, coaching, equipment upkeep, event coordination, purchasing, system software maintenance, and team development. The role requires flexible weekend availability, physical capability, live production and AV maintenance experience, technical knowledge across multiple AV platforms, and adherence to Answers in Genesis’ faith-based mission.
