Provide administrative support for the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services program including records and MIS management, accounting and billing support, timesheet and payroll processing, calendar/meeting coordination, clerical tasks, office supply purchasing, reception monitoring, tracking employee leave, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting safety concerns. Perform additional assigned administrative duties.

Lead the Education and Law Project providing strategic legal leadership, managing attorneys and staff, directing litigation and policy advocacy, building partnerships, overseeing budgets and grants, pursuing funding, representing the organization publicly, and contributing to organizational strategy to advance educational equity in North Carolina.

Support fiscal operations by performing complex accounts payable and accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, processing AP transactions, assisting with audits and vendor setups, backing up the Purchase of Services Supervisor, and improving procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Lead high-priority organizational projects and board governance activities; serve as CEO advisor and tribal liaison; manage project planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and partnership development to advance strategic goals.

Support the Communications team with background research, drafting and distributing press releases and external materials, providing administrative support, attending events, and maintaining team materials for a fast-paced policy advocacy organization.

Coordinate and maintain student academic records and databases, monitor IEP and educational compliance, oversee state-mandated assessments (e.g., MCAS, Regents), support education staff, and facilitate communication and reporting with parents, school districts, and agencies to ensure student success and regulatory compliance.

Lead client relationships and manage day-to-day account operations for assigned clients. Oversee project briefs, timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, campaign execution, financials, and presentations. Provide strategic guidance, identify growth opportunities, ensure quality and brand alignment, and support new business efforts.
