Serves as a strategic partner and operational extension of the CEO by managing priorities, preparing briefings, coordinating executive and board operations, translating strategy into accountable action, tracking commitments, and facilitating cross-functional execution. Advises leaders on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, workforce planning, compliance, credentialing coordination, organizational design, career pathways, compensation analysis, investigations, and leadership development. Supports immigration processes, including H-1B activities, and helps advance clinical workforce strategy within regulated healthcare programs.

Processes and reconciles vendor invoices, hospital charges, medical expenses, and donor-related expenditures. Responsibilities include invoice coding, approvals, expense allocation, vendor account management, accruals, reconciliations, month-end close, aging reports, audit support, internal controls, and accounting workflow improvements. The role also resolves complex discrepancies, maintains vendor records, and provides guidance to team members in a hybrid work environment.

Manages accounts receivable for resident accounts across multiple properties. Processes payments, subsidies, deposits, fees, credits, and ledger adjustments; reconciles accounts; researches and resolves discrepancies; maintains Yardi documentation; prepares reports; and collaborates with property management teams to address outstanding balances. Requires at least five years of accounts receivable experience, strong accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, accuracy, organization, and communication skills.

Supports daily accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and month-end close. Prepares reports, tie-outs, schedules, and audit documentation while investigating discrepancies and maintaining internal controls. The role also assists with accounting projects, process improvements, and system transitions, collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Leads enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cloud operations, service delivery, vendor relationships, and IT support across corporate and theater locations. Manages and develops the IT support team, oversees Azure and Microsoft 365 operations, leads incident response and infrastructure projects, maintains backup and disaster recovery readiness, coordinates digital-platform vendors, supports compliance and cybersecurity initiatives, and drives automation, reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Supports the Marketing Division by creating social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Shoots and edits short-form videos and photos, writes captions, creates simple graphics, researches trends, develops story ideas, highlights organizational programs and community impact, and supports campaigns and the social content calendar. Requires travel to Broward locations to capture content.
