Manage the Job Corps Center’s full HR function, including recruiting, hiring, retention, employee relations, compliance, EEO activities, benefits, evaluations, HRIS records, training, and staff development. Lead tactical execution of Mill Commercial’s launch and expansion across customer sites. Build launch schedules and readiness playbooks, coordinate hardware engineering, supply chain, logistics, vendors, field operations, and partner teams, resolve deployment risks, audit vendor performance, and maintain service levels. Translate technical workflows into SOPs and training for commercial food-service staff. Requires hardware deployment experience, technical literacy, and willingness to travel nationally up to 50%.

Manages CAP Northwest’s Salesforce environment and integrated fundraising technology ecosystem. Leads CRM administration, system integrations, fundraising data, reporting, gift processing, reconciliation, and workflow optimization. Partners with Advancement and Finance to ensure accurate donor, gift, pledge, campaign, and contributed-revenue records. Supervises an Advancement Associate and supports strategic fundraising operations, donor engagement, and analytics.
