Role Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment process for assigned positions from candidate outreach through contingent offer. This position coordinates interviews, manages candidate pipelines, partners with hiring managers, and ensures vacancies are filled in a timely manner. In addition to supporting the panel interview process, Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for maintaining non-panel positions, building candidate pipelines, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Recruiting Coordinators are expected to use AI and other recruitment tools to help identify and screen candidates efficiently and are responsible for continuously looking for creative and strategic ways to fill their assigned positions, including sourcing beyond traditional job boards when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned requisitions from posting through contingent offer.
- Review resumes, conduct candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
- Utilize the AI candidate screener to efficiently screen and engage candidates and ensure candidates are moving through the process quickly.
- Coordinate panel interviews and manage non-panel positions.
- Extend contingent offers and communicate next steps to candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and activity in ADP.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide updates.
- Develop strategic and creative recruitment approaches based on the needs of each position, including sourcing through community partnerships, referrals, schools, and other non-traditional channels.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and community outreach.
- Meet established recruiting goals and productivity expectations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support a positive candidate experience.
- Take ownership of assigned vacancies and be able to identify barriers to filling positions and develop a plan to address them.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Recruitment, Human Resources, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable learning and using AI and other technology to support recruitment activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically about how to fill positions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
Working Conditions
Fast-paced recruiting environment with a high volume of requisitions and candidates. Regular interaction with candidates, hiring managers, HR team members, and other internal and external partners. May require participation in onsite recruiting activities, including panel interviews, hiring events, job fairs, community outreach, and other recruiting events. Requires frequent use of computers, applicant tracking systems, ADP, AI recruiting tools, email, phone, and other technology. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a recruiting team. May require occasional travel to BRC programs or community recruiting events.
Schedule
Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Hybrid - 3 days in office
