Serve as the offices first point of contact, handling multi-line phones and visitors, managing mail, deposits, and records, supporting administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, filing), maintaining supplies and reception areas, coordinating office events and shredding, and performing other office support duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide phone intake and administrative support for the Housing and Homelessness Advocacy Team: interview clients, enter intake data into case management, refer clients to services, research and update referral resources, assist program staff, and perform additional administrative duties. Requires trauma-informed de-escalation, confidentiality, strong organization, and MS Office proficiency.

Lead IAVA's Policy Division overseeing legislative, research, and intergovernmental/coalitions teams. Set strategic priorities, drive advocacy campaigns and policy agenda, represent IAVA with Congress, the Administration, media, and the public, guide membership surveys and research, coordinate cross-division campaigns, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality policy products and team performance.

Support the Principal in instructional leadership, student and parent relations, staff supervision, testing coordination, budget oversight, operations, and fundraising to improve student achievement and school culture.

Provide comprehensive civil legal services to low-income clients including advice, negotiation, litigation, and administrative advocacy; supervise support staff; engage in statewide impact litigation and community education; collaborate with advocates and private bar; participate in training and task forces; maintain case records and contribute to organizational activities.

Support the Business Office by handling accounts payable, budget tracking, ledger reconciliations, procurement, invoice processing, collections, administrative reception duties, and general office support. Work closely with the Director of Finance, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and occasionally attend evening committee meetings.

Identify and contact prospective residents and caregivers for a senior living campus, provide marketing information, schedule visits, conduct tours, follow up with leads, build relationships with local healthcare partners, and track and analyze outreach to meet sales goals.
