Senior contractor engineer will own and evolve Thrive's enterprise platform end-to-end, starting on the Coaching app. Responsibilities include sustaining engineering (reliability, scalability, technical debt), delivering medium-to-large projects, partnering with Product and stakeholders, supporting on-call and incident response during US hours, and shipping high-quality, enterprise-facing features iteratively.

Lead, mentor, and grow a software engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable microservice-based solutions. Manage Agile processes, collaborate with Product, enforce engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement in architecture, quality, and team performance. Participate in hiring, backlog planning, and drive measurable improvements in engineering execution.

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions. Configure and customize SFDC, build integrations (SOAP/REST, ETL), support break-fix issues, produce system documentation, recommend third-party solutions, and keep current on force.com technologies and certifications while collaborating with stakeholders.

Own end-to-end social content: plan and execute video and static posts, maintain a detailed content calendar, coordinate cross-functional and legal/medical approvals, manage community and influencer partnerships, and report weekly performance metrics to optimize strategy.

Build and run a regional VIP book across the Southwest (priority CA & TX): recruit high-value players, manage end-to-end relationships, optimize bonusing and LTV, advise product and retention teams, analyze player data, and hit regional revenue KPIs while ensuring compliance and responsible gaming.

Design, build, and operate full‑stack features and platforms for Horizon. Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, data, and developer tooling; formulate solutions, ship production code, improve reliability and developer productivity, and expand AI/agent-assisted workflows. Collaborate with product, customers, and cross-functional teams, review code (including agent-generated), and improve internal tooling, observability, and deployment workflows.

Partner with USCAN commercial leaders to own forecasting, reporting, and analysis of the full commercial income statement for Platform and Reagents. Drive monthly/quarterly closes, product margin and pricing analysis, financial modeling for deals and investments, and ad-hoc performance deep dives to support commercial decision-making.

Process member enrollments, changes, reinstatements, terminations, renewals, and premium billing. Respond to calls and emails, generate membership documents, support employer groups/vendors/brokers and internal teams, and maintain quality, confidentiality, and divisional production standards.

Lead day-to-day marketing for an enterprise AI consulting firm: own demand generation and ABM, run end-to-end campaigns, build thought leadership and executive branding, manage web/PR/events and a lean AI-native martech stack, enable sales with customer advocacy, lead the marketing team and budget, and measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue. Occasional travel (~10%).

Design, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales/Service Clouds).
