The Senior Analyst will support the personalization algorithm by conducting analyses, testing features, managing projects, and collaborating with teams to improve food recommendations for customers.

Gather and document business and functional requirements, analyze processes, recommend improvements, produce BRDs/FRDs/user stories and process maps, support solution design, UAT, testing and deployment, produce reports/dashboards, monitor project progress, and support change management and stakeholder communication.

Own and deliver assigned data products: gather requirements, design data models, build dashboards/reports, define data quality rules, run QA/UAT, mentor junior analysts, and partner with data engineering and governance to enable analytics and process improvements.

Own the end-to-end analytics function embedded in a business unit (growth, product, AI/automation, or partnerships). Define problems and metrics, build reports and experiments, surface insights, recommend actions, and drive outcomes with cross-functional partners.

Lead design and delivery of scalable production data pipelines and data products (Spark/Python/SQL) on Databricks; integrate diverse federal health systems, define reusable ingestion patterns, ensure data quality/governance, mentor engineers, and troubleshoot/optimize production workflows.

Embed with a core business area to define problems, build reports and experiments, analyze data, surface insights, and drive high-impact recommendations end-to-end across growth, product, AI, or partnerships.

Build and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines using Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala) and Python. Design ETL workflows, implement distributed data processing, use version control (Git), and work with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Design, build, and operate scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and a lakehouse on AWS. Implement ETL/ELT, CDC, metadata/cataloging, lineage, governance, data quality, IaC, and CI/CD for reliable, observable, and secure data platforms to support analytics and ML.

Design, build, and maintain analytical datasets and data models on Databricks. Write and optimize SQL and Python notebooks, develop BI dashboards, validate data quality, translate business requirements into reporting, and document data logic while collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders.

Lead research and listening for a specific audience: design and run primary research, integrate listening signals, synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights, and deliver timely, decision-oriented recommendations while coaching analysts and partnering with enterprise stakeholders.

Lead and manage the Insights team across research design, project execution, analysis oversight, and QA. Serve as primary project lead, translate findings into actionable deliverables, oversee survey programming and data quality, coach team members, improve processes, and support client presentations and operational planning.
