The Senior Consultant will lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Databricks to enhance analytics capabilities for clients. They will engage with stakeholders to define data strategies and deliver high-quality consulting services across multiple projects.

The Strategy Analyst provides analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations, leveraging data to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

The Solutions Consultant will conduct product demos, assist in sales cycles, and provide evidence of product value while maintaining product knowledge and client relations.

Lead a team to analyze sales data, build and maintain Power BI and Excel reporting, leverage AI and automation for pipeline and lead scoring, align cross-functional GTM strategies, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable, executive-ready insights to drive sales performance and quota attainment.

Perform hands-on data engineering to assess legacy sources, profile and cleanse data, design and run ETL/ELT migrations into Azure Government environments, validate and reconcile migrated data, implement data quality checks and basic governance, and prepare curated datasets for analytics (Power BI) while coordinating with application teams and producing contract deliverables.

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development for internal data initiatives. Own intake, discovery, and requirements documentation for analytics, BI, and reporting. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and reporting logic. Maintain a prioritized backlog, support stakeholder validation of prototypes, participate in agile ceremonies, and resolve requirement gaps and risks to ensure development can execute independently.

The Data Analyst will support operational reporting and stakeholder needs, working with SQL and Artiva to meet business requirements through data and reporting solutions.

Execute and validate donor campaign and fulfillment data operations, maintain data quality and governance, produce audience counts and reports, support fundraising analytics and performance tracking, troubleshoot data issues, and coordinate data deliverables with internal teams and vendors to strengthen donor engagement.

Implement, QA, and document analytics tags across GTM, GA4, server-side pipelines, Quantum Metric, Dynamic Yield and marketing pixels. Translate Figma into developer-ready data layers, collaborate with engineering to ensure tracking parity (web, app, Shopify), maintain pixel integrity, support experimentation piping, monthly audits, consent enforcement, and contribute to QA and solution documentation.

The Business Intelligence Analyst analyzes complex data for finance teams, develops reports and dashboards, and enhances financial reporting solutions. They collaborate with teams to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with business needs.
