Own and deliver analytics solutions to support operational and financial decisions. Define reporting requirements and KPIs with stakeholders, validate and reconcile data, write and optimize SQL, support ETL pipelines, and develop/maintain Power BI dashboards to produce actionable insights for Revenue Cycle Management.

Lead design and governance of a large-scale AdTech data layer: model conceptual/logical/physical schemas, profile and map data flows, define batch and real-time ingestion and integration patterns, architect cloud-native AWS solutions (including graph/vector/RAG use cases), establish governance, and produce architecture artifacts and implementation roadmaps while collaborating with engineering, product, and cloud teams.

Support federal clients with organizational assessment, data analytics, and visualization. Develop and implement analytic tools/reports, prepare briefings, maintain SharePoint/Teams, collaborate with stakeholders, manage project tasks, and support implementation of recommendations. Remote role with occasional travel; Power Platform experience preferred.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and analytical platforms on AWS and Databricks. Migrate legacy workflows to cloud-native services, implement data lake and catalog solutions, enable AI/RAG/vector search, ensure FedRAMP/NIST compliance, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating in Agile teams.

Partner with sales leadership to deliver data-driven insights, forecasts, and performance analysis. Build reporting frameworks, scorecards, and dashboards; manage CRM processes, territory and quota administration; design experiments (A/B tests, cohorts); and streamline workflows to scale sales productivity and operations.

Design, build, and operate Alpaca's scalable data platform and lakehouse infrastructure. Build low-latency streaming and CDC ingestion, batch pipelines landing in Iceberg, and tooling for BI and AI consumers. Manage IaC, Kubernetes deployments, monitoring/incident response, and partner with DevOps and analytics teams to meet growing data requirements.

Restructure and maintain Airtable relational architecture for fertility industry data, implement automations and integrations (Zapier, Softr), enforce data governance and permissions, build dashboards and reports, execute data acquisition and enrichment to scale the database, conduct audits, document SOPs, and support onboarding and system monitoring.

Conduct public records research (county recorder/assessor/GIS) to identify home sales and parcel owners for new-home communities, update the company database, and report findings via a web portal to a Regional Research Manager. Part-time, remote role with flexible schedule.

Contract role combining actuarial science, risk management, and AI to improve portfolio performance. Responsibilities include loss and combined ratio analysis, portfolio risk assessment, catastrophe and exposure modeling, stress testing, and integrating ML to enhance pricing, reserving, and risk selection while collaborating with underwriting, finance, and product teams.
