Lead end-to-end supply chain for a brewery: procure ingredients and packaging, manage inventory and production schedules, use ERP/MRP for planning, analyze KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support launches and contract brewing.

Provide high-touch administrative support to C-suite and leadership: manage calendars, travel, meetings, and communications; prepare materials and daily briefings; capture meeting action items and ensure follow-through; liaise across teams and external partners; identify process improvements and support event planning.

Drive FP&A activities including complex financial modeling, revenue and pipeline valuation, budgeting and forecasting, variance and scenario analysis, CAPEX evaluation, and cross-functional financial business partnering to support strategic decisions and reporting to senior leadership.

Provide day-to-day HR operations for assigned hotels including recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS data entry, electronic paperwork compliance, employee file maintenance, uniform administration, training/certification tracking, employee support, and offboarding. Escalate sensitive or complex issues to HR leadership and support HR audits, benefits communications, and engagement activities.
