Serve as a technical pre-sales Solutions Architect for Upwind's cloud security platform: understand product capabilities, collaborate with sales to design tailored solutions, lead POCs, provide technical guidance through the sales cycle, and relay customer feedback to product teams.

Lead enterprise customer success for an AI-driven SOC product: drive value realization, manage account health and QBRs, scale success playbooks, optimize adoption and time-to-value, translate customer feedback into product requirements, and serve as a strategic advisor to customer security leaders.

Own enterprise customer accounts end-to-end: onboard and integrate customers, drive product adoption and retention, troubleshoot integrations (APIs, Python), collaborate with engineering/product, and create technical enablement assets.

Design and scope vulnerability management solutions for enterprise customers, translate customer environments into implementation plans, write actionable tickets for engineering, own technical relationships during deployments, and create repeatable scoping practices to reduce forward-deployed engineering.
