The Senior Tax Accountant will support various tax functions including federal and state compliance, conduct research, manage projects, and ensure accuracy in tax filings and documentation.

Prepare and review U.S. federal, state and international tax returns; handle indirect tax compliance; prepare U.S. GAAP income tax provisions and reconciliations; maintain tax documentation and calendars; support audits and tax authority responses; conduct tax research; monitor tax law updates; partner with finance teams and assist with process improvements and special projects.

Lead and coordinate external annual audits for field offices, develop and execute audit plans, review and prepare audit responses, train field accounting staff, support year-end close and audit deadlines, coordinate insurance documentation, and assist Controller on ad hoc finance projects.
