Partners with technical and executive leaders to define requirements, build hiring strategies, advise on talent markets, and deliver strong candidate experiences. Maintains pipelines, recruiting data, and metrics in Greenhouse while improving recruiting processes and programs.

Deliver clinician orientation, develop instructor-led and eLearning content, support leadership and DEIB learning programs, and collaborate with corporate and clinical teams on learning initiatives. The role requires facilitating adult education, managing LMS content, using instructional design tools, communicating with diverse audiences, and contributing to learning and development strategy.

Develops market strategies supporting growth, performance improvement, market expansion, portfolio optimization, and strategic partnerships. Own go-to-market strategy for Flashpoint’s cyber threat intelligence offerings, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, pricing, packaging, launches, sales enablement, and commercialization. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to create buyer-focused content, drive pipeline and adoption, analyze market and customer insights, and support measurable growth. Represent Flashpoint through thought leadership, webinars, social content, and industry engagement.
