Data Engineer II will modernize BlueLabs’ data platform by leading Kimball dimensional modeling and legacy warehouse migrations, building reliable production data pipelines, and enforcing data quality standards. The role requires advanced SQL, Python, and dbt expertise, hands-on Snowflake and Redshift experience, and ownership of testing, documentation, observability, and scalable architecture. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally, guide Data Engineer I team members, contribute to architectural decisions, and translate business logic into maintainable, cloud-agnostic data layers.

Leads the end-to-end data experience for a client team, including Databricks lakehouse architecture, media data pipelines, cross-platform data reconciliation, governed Power BI dashboards, taxonomy governance, and automation. Translates media requirements into durable data products, applies AI to quality and insights, and manages onshore and offshore engineering and BI teams. Partners with planning, investment, and analytics stakeholders to support pacing, performance, reach, frequency, and effectiveness use cases.

Combines GIS, business intelligence, and commercial real estate strategy to support portfolio planning and location decisions. Develops ArcGIS maps, dashboards, data pipelines, reporting solutions, and portfolio analytics. Integrates and validates data from multiple sources, supports workplace and occupancy strategy, automates reporting, and creates client-ready plans and recommendations. Partners with transaction teams, brokers, account leaders, and clients to translate business requirements into actionable scenarios and executive-level insights.

Own TAP’s data layer end to end, including ETL/ELT pipelines, BigQuery and dbt models, data cleaning, entity matching, quality monitoring, documentation, dashboards, and automated reporting. Investigate data delivery issues, improve reliability, use AI-assisted development responsibly, and answer program and leadership questions. As the first data hire, help establish standards, roadmap, and processes while collaborating across the organization.

Leads data intelligence for Medicaid, DSNP, and Marketplace procurement efforts. Analyzes claims, clinical, quality, network, operational, and competitive data; governs centralized repositories; develops proof points for RFPs; and provides strategic recommendations to proposal writers and growth leaders. Manages concurrent procurements, stakeholder relationships, reporting, continuous improvement, and staff development while supporting regulatory and competitive monitoring. Requires up to 40% business travel.

Leads commercial analytics strategy, revenue performance reporting, metrics governance, data reliability, executive decision support, and AI-enabled commercial intelligence. Builds standardized reporting architecture across Salesforce, Power BI, finance, billing, and marketing systems; analyzes sales and revenue motions; enables governed self-service analytics; and partners with RevOps, Data Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and commercial leadership to improve forecasting, sales productivity, and business outcomes.

Leads the enterprise data platform engineering team and owns its reliability, security, scalability, performance, cost, and operational support. Oversees relational, NoSQL, and analytical platforms; data movement and transformation; infrastructure as code; GitOps; database automation; high availability and disaster recovery; monitoring; compliance; and incident response. Manages engineers, on-call operations, technology selection, vendor evaluations, budgeting, and cross-functional delivery while remaining hands-on in architecture, administration, performance tuning, and complex technical escalations.

The Data Governance Analyst will develop data standards, conduct quality assessments, maintain documentation, collaborate with teams, and participate in training on governance practices.

Own analytics and reporting solutions for acquisitions, product launches, and other complex business events. Translate business changes into data models, system updates, processes, and reporting definitions. Coordinate Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Data Governance teams; lead cross-functional execution and establish a Business Intelligence Council. Partner across GTM, Finance, Product, IT, and other functions to reconcile metrics, clarify ownership, and maintain business visibility.

The role is remote within the United States and focuses on developing scalable data foundations for reporting and AI-powered analytics.
