Administer and configure IndySoft across a national lab network: manage users, templates, equipment profiles, data migrations, integrations (APIs/NetSuite/Salesforce), run SQL queries for data quality, provide user support and documentation, and recommend improvements and automations.

Drive regional revenue by identifying and qualifying new business, managing full enterprise sales cycles, and building C-suite relationships. Develop territory strategies, deliver presentations and demos, negotiate contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, represent the company at events, and ensure successful onboarding and product adoption across the Americas with focus on the Caribbean.

Lead architecture and delivery of large-scale, cloud-native distributed systems. Own service lifecycle in Kubernetes, drive scalability and reliability, mentor engineers, participate in on-call, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Lead and scale revenue functions (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) to grow ARR from $6M to $18M. Actively participate in strategic sales, guide complex negotiations, drive land-and-expand motions, optimize sales methodology and forecasting, expand marketing ROI-positive programs, and partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering to strengthen technical GTM for cloud and IaaS offerings.
