Direct internal creatives, agencies, and production teams; manage content planning, approvals, and asset libraries; develop product positioning and sales collateral; support stakeholder advocacy; and measure campaign performance. The role translates complex electrification offerings into compelling messaging for school districts, municipalities, fleet operators, and community stakeholders.

Supports post-sale technical relationships for customer accounts, helping with solution adoption, routine technical requests, onboarding, account meetings, issue escalation, and usage monitoring.
