Provides onsite frontline technical support to client end users and IT staff. Responsibilities include responding to incidents and service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and account-access issues, configuring workstations and peripherals, documenting resolutions, managing ticket queues, communicating with users, and escalating complex issues according to procedures.
