As a Backend Software Engineer, you will build forecasting software for military logistics, utilizing mathematical models and collaborating with teams to enhance operational capabilities.

Build and lead HeyGen’s enterprise marketing function, developing an ABM strategy for strategic accounts and partnering closely with Enterprise Sales. Create targeted campaigns, executive programs, personalized experiences, and buying-committee engagement initiatives. Use product adoption and account signals to identify opportunities, support complex sales cycles, and influence pipeline and revenue. Establish measurement systems, scale successful programs, and eventually build a high-performing team, operating with an AI-native approach.

Produces visual stories through videography, video editing, photography, interviews, motion graphics, and creative direction. Develops concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and multimedia content for marketing, recruiting, internal communications, case studies, and brand awareness. Regularly travels to jobsites and industrial facilities to capture project and employee stories, collaborating with technical teams and marketing stakeholders. Manages production from concept through final delivery while maintaining organized content libraries and brand standards.

Leads product marketing strategy across a multi-product portfolio, including team management, positioning, messaging, launches, pricing, packaging, customer feedback, content, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. Partners with product, sales, customer success, demand generation, finance, and executives to drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue. The description also includes accounts payable, reconciliation, payment processing, month-end close, and NetSuite migration responsibilities.

Own the Applied AI product roadmap, identify consumer problems, and deliver zero-to-one AI features for insurance shopping. Lead rapid prototyping, user testing, experimentation, and AI-assisted development in partnership with engineering, design, and product teams. Define success metrics, analyze quantitative and qualitative results, communicate technical trade-offs, and embed personalized AI, discovery, and conversational capabilities across consumer experiences.

Leads the discovery, architecture, development, deployment, support, and optimization of workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions. Partners with operations leaders to improve processes, define requirements, integrate systems, and deliver scalable RPA, low-code, API, document-processing, and approved AI solutions. Provides technical leadership, ensures security and governance compliance, supports adoption, and measures business outcomes. This hands-on role does not involve machine learning model development or advanced predictive analytics.

Supports compliance with federal, state, and local government grant and contract requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining policies and documentation, assisting with audits and monitoring, tracking corrective actions, preparing training and reporting materials, coordinating reimbursement documentation with Finance, and supporting communications with funders and monitoring agencies. The role also assists program teams with compliance reporting and requires attendance at an annual local fundraising event.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, deployment, observability, monitoring, logging, and error-handling systems. Develop self-service tools that improve engineering productivity, optimize application performance, modernize infrastructure, and reduce cloud costs. Partner with application teams on architecture and production systems, apply industry best practices, automate repetitive work, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Generates new commercial business and manages major customer accounts across the Holland area. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, B2B field sales, customer-site visits, relationship management, proposal follow-up, pipeline tracking, issue resolution, referrals, and supporting account health through invoice outreach.

Performs month-end close, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, general ledger entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis across multiple locations. Collaborates with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, operational leaders, and the Controller to ensure accurate reporting, coding, and supporting documentation. The role also handles ad hoc accounting projects and may require off-hours work during close periods.
