Conducts performance, task, audience, and gap analyses; applies adult learning theories and ADDIE or SAM frameworks; collaborates with subject matter experts; and uses authoring tools to create accessible digital and blended learning experiences.

Design and build a production multi-agent LLM framework and LLM-powered pipelines (text-to-SQL, NLU, structured reasoning). Implement RAG, prompt systems, evaluation and CI/CD for AI features, instrument and optimize model performance, and collaborate with product to deliver user-facing capabilities.

Oversee public safety program operations, administrative workflows, compliance activities, training program approvals and renewals, contractor staff, workload assignments, quality reviews, stakeholder communication, status reporting, risk identification, and process improvements. The role ensures accurate, timely deliverables and adherence to established regulatory procedures.
