Record and process payments, deposit checks via remote scanner, manage petty cash and reconciliations, process EBT/prepaid card transactions, prepare benefit recertifications, handle mail, receipts, deliveries, and general administrative duties to support finance operations.

Lead FP&A analysis and reporting for ARR and billings, reconcile ARR to recurring revenue, validate billings detail for forecasts, present KPIs, analyze NRR/GRR, partner with Accounting and business leaders, and drive process improvements.

Process and reconcile gas sales and monthly plant volume allocations, perform variance and flux analyses, ensure revenue recognition compliance, support period close and audits, and mentor junior staff. Collaborate with Production to resolve volume/transportation discrepancies and handle special oil and gas revenue accounting projects.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll support, cash management, budgeting, and internal controls. Provide financial analysis, support audits and tax activities, improve processes, and partner with leadership to inform decision-making and ensure compliance.

Lead and build tax compliance and risk processes: manage federal/state income tax filings, ASC 740 provisions, multi-state sales/use and property tax, support audits, oversee corporate insurance matters, implement tax automation, and partner cross-functionally to scale tax and risk management functions.

Lead Procore's international tax function: manage US international tax compliance and filings, oversee transfer pricing and BEPS Pillar Two/CbCR, handle GILTI/FDII/BEAT calculations, coordinate external providers, support global compliance, M&A, entity setup, and intercompany funding strategies while monitoring permanent establishment risk and tax legislation.

Perform FP&A for ABA therapy provider businesses: build and maintain multi-dimensional financial models, support budgeting, forecasting, lender reporting, monthly board and clinic reporting, and develop cost and labor models. Manage internal deliverables, compliance, and provide accounting, audit, and monthly close support in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Full-time on-site accountant responsible for day-to-day accounting, cash flow forecasting, monthly financials, vendor and bank reconciliations, inventory management in Ekos, tax filings, and pricing/forecasting support. Works with purchasing, warehouses, and leadership to support operations and business decisions.
