Lead and execute special accounting projects affecting the general ledger, financial reporting, and system/process transformations. Collaborate cross-functionally, manage project workstreams, drive automation and control improvements, support audits and compliance, and implement accounting policies across international entities while briefing executive leadership.

Monitor assigned commercial loan portfolios for maturities, covenants, renewals and modifications. Perform credit analysis and financial statement reviews, prepare loan reviews, coordinate loan actions, support relationship managers, track risk and performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close support, and audit preparation. Resolve AP discrepancies, train team members, lead process improvement efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate payments and controls.

Manage ceded reinsurance accounting for assumed business: prepare financial and ad-hoc reports, review statements/bordereaux/XOL claims for contract alignment, perform intercompany reconciliations, analyze large datasets, prepare journal entries and payments, support SOX and audit requests, coordinate with controller/actuarial teams, and participate in reinsurance implementations.

The SVP of Finance oversees day-to-day finance operations including grants management, AP/AR, payroll, cash flow forecasting, monthly close, audit coordination, and internal controls. Partners with the CFO on forecasting, banking, budgeting, and compliance, leads process improvements and internal audits, and supervises four direct reports to ensure fiscal accuracy and grant compliance.

Lead Accounts Payable and Inventory financial management, oversee month-end close, intercompany and project accounting, supervise 2-3 staff, support audits and Controller, and modernize processes using AI and automation.

Perform daily cash reconciliations, support month-end close and financial reporting, prepare audit schedules, assist with cashflow forecasting and treasury reporting. Work with large datasets, system integrations, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Provide senior-level financial management support for Weapons Superiority FMS programs at Robins AFB: prepare budgets, forecasts, execution reports, EVM and schedule analysis, maintain financial databases and audit trails, draft funding documents (P-DOCs, R-DOCs, POM), advise program offices on fiscal law and funding execution, and support routine and ad hoc financial reporting using DoD financial systems.

Support accounts receivable by generating recurring invoices, applying payments/credits, performing reconciliations, researching billing discrepancies, conducting routine collections follow-up, maintaining account documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.

Prepare and automate U.S. tax compliance, property tax, business licenses, and support tax controversies. Maintain tax calendar, reconcile accounts, respond to government notices, conduct tax research, ensure SOX compliance, support R&D, transfer pricing and other tax projects, and participate in process automation and training initiatives.
