Execute end-to-end group medical premium billing using QicLink: import/validate billing files, generate/distribute invoices, reconcile discrepancies, set up accounts, audit configurations, maintain reporting (Excel/Access/Power BI), partner with AR/AP/Eligibility/Client Services, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure internal controls and billing accuracy.

Lead FP&A for domestic and international energy assets: drive budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, management reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance analysis; build and mentor an FP&A team; improve processes, automation, ERP and planning system integrations, and adopt AI tools to enhance financial insights for executive decision-making.

Lead corporate, multi-state, and international tax functions for a multi-entity manufacturing organization. Manage income tax compliance, ASC 740 provisions, R&D tax credits, audits, sales/use/property tax, international withholding/VAT, fixed asset tax reporting, and ERP tax integrations. Collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations, Engineering, and external advisors to improve processes, controls, and tax strategies.

Manage plant financials including general ledger, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting and inventory control. Prepare management reports and variance analyses, support audits, weekly business reviews, and partner with operations to improve costing, margins, and inventory accuracy.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain general ledger entries, reconcile bank accounts, manage bi-weekly payroll and tax deposits, prepare regulatory reports (IRS, EDD, County), budget statements, and control bookkeeping activities.
