The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in complex IT, product configuration, CRM, PLM, or ERP environments.

Provides organizational leadership in training, including setting strategic goals, aligning activities with the agency’s mission and values, fostering collaboration, and supporting staff professional development and engagement.

Supports digital advertising campaign operations by forecasting inventory, reviewing pricing and margins, validating orders, monitoring campaign delivery, optimizing performance against KPIs, analyzing results, and developing revenue reporting. Partners with Sales, Account Strategy, Paid Media, and AdOps on proposals, campaign execution, billing, revenue recognition, and process improvements. The role specializes in Health/Pharma and Auto advertising verticals and mentors junior analysts.

Leads the enterprise ITSM training and enablement program, creating role-based learning, workshops, job aids, communications, and knowledge content. Partners with process owners to improve Change, Incident, ServiceNow, CMDB, and related process adoption, data quality, governance, and audit readiness. Reviews records and metrics to identify gaps, develops remediation plans, maintains training evidence, and drives adoption of workflows, automation, AI capabilities, and ITSM enhancements through cross-functional influence.

Administer and proctor paper-based and computer-based examinations while enforcing testing security, confidentiality, accessibility, and institutional policies. Verify identities, monitor sessions, document irregularities, assist with scheduling and registrations, collect fees, prepare testing rooms and equipment, maintain records and supplies, and support students, faculty, staff, and external candidates. The role also provides customer service, assists with testing software, supports special testing events, and performs opening and closing procedures.

Leads structured supplemental instruction sessions for students in difficult courses. Duties include attending assigned classes, facilitating collaborative study sessions, coordinating with faculty, promoting participation, tracking attendance, conducting exam reviews, completing reports, and participating in training and team meetings. The role requires strong academic knowledge, communication, organization, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills, with face-to-face campus work for up to 19 hours weekly.

Provides administrative, operational, and staff support for assigned teams or managers. Duties include report preparation, tracking, research, exception processing, data entry, record maintenance, quality reviews, and compliance with internal and regulatory procedures. The role may review loan files and related transactions, interpret data, resolve exceptions, and support loan operations.
