Scribes must remain neutral, avoid participating in discussions or adding personal ideas, attend both days from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and bring their own internet-enabled laptop.

Balances teller drawers, manages cash controls, supports ATM and safe deposit operations, completes reports and documentation, and assists with wires. Educates customers about products, identifies referral opportunities, supports staff training, and follows BSA/AML and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinates cross-functional business operations projects, diagnoses process inefficiencies, improves property onboarding, analyzes operational performance, builds dashboards, and supports accurate property onboarding. Partners with stakeholders and business leaders to implement process improvements and increase operational transparency. Provides advanced Tier 2 technical support across networking, firewalls, hardware, media players, connectivity, and enterprise environments. Diagnoses root causes, manages escalations, supports strategic accounts, and partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales. Administers and optimizes Zendesk AI Co-Pilot, automation, workflows, and self-service. Develops troubleshooting documentation, coaches support staff, analyzes issue trends, advocates for product improvements, and participates in on-call and occasional holiday coverage.
