Answer inbound technical support and customer service calls for DISH TV customers, troubleshoot billing and technical issues, promote products/services, and work scheduled shifts from a dedicated home office using company-provided equipment.

Provide onsite IT support for manufacturing sites: troubleshoot end-user devices, network and application issues, support LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, coordinate incident resolution, perform label printing and shift-based production support, execute site-level IT project tasks, and collaborate with production teams and plant leadership.

Manage lighting and grip equipment rental operations: process orders, maintain inventory and billing accuracy, source sub-rentals, support warehouse operations, communicate with customers and vendors, and ensure equipment testing, safety, and minimal downtime for film and television productions.

Support rates sales and trading desk by booking and reconciling trades, managing risk breaks, automating operational workflows with developers, coordinating releases and testing, and liaising with Trading, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Accounting and Business Management to deploy new trading capabilities and support day-to-day operations.

The Implementation Consultant manages the setup, implementation, and adoption of software solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals while delivering projects autonomously.

Manage CRM entries and sales ops in HubSpot; plan and execute trade show and event logistics; oversee marketing collateral and branded merchandise; support field teams, vendors, sponsorships, podcast/live event logistics, shipments, inventory, and internal meeting coordination for smooth event execution.

Manage daily collections support tasks including email case queue resolution, UCC filings and terminations, processing legal fees/defaults/wires/write-offs, manual skip tracing, maintaining dialer metrics, executing payments, auditing records in Salesforce, and supporting projects to improve processes and efficiencies.

Handle inbound customer care for grocery brands in a call center, resolve customer inquiries, follow company values, collaborate with teams, and support continuous learning and process improvement.

Manage and scale Salesforce solutions: automate processes with Agentforce and Einstein features, improve pipeline and quote-to-cash, align CRM with marketing, ensure data quality, provide user training and access management, and deliver reports and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.

Oversee regional financial and operational performance across multiple locations: develop budgets and forecasts, ensure profitability and client satisfaction, negotiate contracts, drive new business and account growth, and mentor site teams to improve retention and performance.
