Support program operations for Fam & Retreat programs by building and maintaining dashboards, cleaning and reporting data, keeping Airtable and Jira current, identifying trends and risks, documenting workflows, and partnering cross-functionally to improve processes.

Provide local and remote IT support for Affirm's NYC office, maintain Zoom Rooms/AV, monitor security and malware, manage provisioning/deprovisioning, administer enterprise systems, and support office network and IT assets while enforcing compliance and documentation.
