Lead a team of FinCrime Operations Analysts to mitigate AML/financial crime risk, drive operational excellence, manage performance and quality, refine processes and tooling, handle escalations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient case handling.

Administer and maintain enterprise file transfer platforms (IBM Sterling, Axway), ensure secure, reliable transfers, troubleshoot failures, perform upgrades/patches, automate workflows with scripts and Ansible, provide on-call production support, manage security controls and compliance, and create technical documentation and runbooks.

Support strategic initiatives and projects across the Chief Commercial Officer office by coordinating meetings, managing schedules, performing research and data analysis, tracking project progress, promoting knowledge sharing and tools, and representing leadership in cross-functional decisions to ensure consistent execution and improved business operations.

Support AMER GTM by partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success. Provide complex pricing models, build scalable automations across CRM and productivity tools, drive data quality and process improvements, and deliver quantitative analyses and actionable insights for leadership.

Lead and transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a scalable, high-impact function by improving operating models, QA and labeling processes, talent development, cross-functional partnerships, and measurable fraud prevention outcomes using automation and analytics.
