Lead product strategy and execution for RethinkBH, a behavioral health platform serving ABA and pediatric therapy providers. Own the product vision, roadmap, market expansion, partnerships, customer discovery, KPIs, launches, and cross-functional alignment. Build and mentor a Product Management organization while partnering with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Implementations, and Customer Success to drive growth, retention, clinical impact, and scalable provider outcomes.

Lead and scale the product and design organization, engage customers, partner with engineering and infrastructure leadership, establish pricing and packaging, guide go-to-market strategy, and prioritize initiatives using product analytics and customer insights.

Deliver customer-facing technical solutions integrating monday.com into enterprise technology stacks. Responsibilities include technical discovery, requirements gathering, custom application and agentic AI development, data migration, API and identity integrations, production deployment, documentation, and customer enablement. The role also involves technical consulting, stakeholder communication, advocating for customer needs, and building reusable internal services tooling and components.

Supports custom customer engagements by configuring Risk Cloud applications and workflows, documenting requirements, tracking project time, communicating project status, and participating in customer-facing working sessions. Uses AI tools to streamline documentation and meeting summaries, develops GRC and compliance expertise, and completes platform certifications. The role requires strong organization, communication, technical aptitude, and flexibility to travel for customer and team engagements.

Lead enterprise digital strategy and transformation engagements, assessing customer experiences, operating models, capabilities, and technology ecosystems. Develop digital roadmaps, prioritized recommendations, business cases, and AI-enabled use cases. Advise C-suite stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops, define customer-centric omnichannel strategies, and align multidisciplinary teams across experience design, product, data, technology, and marketing.

Lead brand partnership sales for the Travel and Credit Cards category across digital and experiential advertising. Represent the company portfolio, develop client and agency relationships, generate revenue through outreach and RFPs, create integrated advertising solutions, forecast performance, study industry trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and exceed revenue goals.

Plan and optimize GPU capacity for DigitalOcean’s Serverless Instance offering. Analyze demand and utilization, allocate GPU servers across models, forecast infrastructure needs, and automate assignment decisions. Track rack and power capacity, coordinate physical deployments with data center, network, product, and delivery teams, optimize hardware placement, build dashboards, and escalate capacity risks before they affect availability or revenue.

Lead facility-level special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and daily program operations across technology, receiving, and repair programs. Build project plans, manage milestones and risks, improve throughput, quality, and safety, standardize processes, track KPIs, and report results to leadership. Support staffing, workflow balancing, training, launches, facility expansions, and cross-site best-practice sharing. The role is onsite in Fresno and may require up to 50% travel during peak periods.
