The role also supports NetSuite and FloQast systems, audit requests, close-process improvements, reporting enhancements, and AI automation initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining recurring deadlines, explaining account-level financial detail, responding to stakeholder requests, and assisting with special projects.

Execute client and firm orders across equities, options, fixed income, and currencies while ensuring best execution and regulatory compliance. Investigate and resolve trade errors, monitor market exposure, apply risk mitigation strategies, maintain accurate trade records, and complete CAT, TRACE, and other regulatory reporting. The role requires strong market-structure knowledge, securities operations expertise, OMS/EMS experience, analytical problem-solving, communication skills, and sound judgment in a high-volume trading-desk environment.
