Transfyr seeks adaptable builders for various roles across CS, biology, and business. Responsibilities include developing sensor stacks, data harmonization, computer vision, machine learning systems, lab operations, project management, and business development.

Supports the Operations team and Chief Operating Officer through administrative coordination, meeting management, policy development, marketing and website assistance, front-desk backup, property renovation and relocation support, receivables assistance, on-site support, and special project coordination.

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, financial statements, and GAAP reporting. Support audits, maintain internal controls, research technical accounting matters, and drive process improvements. The role partners with FP&A and operational leaders, reviews staff accountant work, mentors team members, and supports CFO-directed projects, with potential advancement to Accounting Manager.

Supports commercial and specialty deposit clients with complex account onboarding, servicing, transactions, documentation, and issue resolution. Monitors transactions for suspicious activity, investigates fraud alerts, validates high-risk requests, and applies authentication and dual-control procedures. Maintains audit-ready case files and regulatory compliance with BSA/AML, KYC, CDD, and OFAC requirements. Partners with fraud, risk, treasury, relationship management, and operations teams, educates clients on fraud prevention, supports service recovery, and contributes to trend reporting and process improvements.

Provide administrative support for the District Attorneys Office including recruitment coordination, travel booking and expense processing (Workday), accounts receivable and deposits, docket reconciliation, and front-desk reception backup. Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned.

Supports deployment, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational handoff of data center control and monitoring systems. The role works with BMS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, mechanical and electrical controls, field devices, vendors, and Operations Engineering to validate system performance, resolve operational issues, document defects, and maintain commissioning and as-built records.

Provide administrative and customer service support: answer phones, process deposits and accounts payable (DocuWare), prepare spreadsheets and reports, route mail, operate office equipment, assist HR with documents/background checks/DOT drug testing, process house account orders, maintain files, and perform other assigned duties.

Build and maintain Unreal Engine 5 tools and development infrastructure, including crash reporting, diagnostics, telemetry, automated testing, CI workflows, editor utilities, command-line tools, and validation systems. Integrate tools with source control, build systems, issue tracking, external services, and platform workflows. Investigate failures, improve debugging and triage processes, collaborate across engineering and production teams, and document maintainable solutions.

Leads integrated brand and commercial marketing strategy across campaigns, menu commercialization, pricing, guest experience, local restaurant marketing, communications, agency partnerships, budgets, and marketing operations. Partners with Operations, Culinary, Digital, Finance, and Analytics to drive brand equity, commercial growth, disciplined execution, and improved guest experiences. Builds high-performing teams and influences cross-functional stakeholders in a restaurant organization.

Manages product creation operations for Altra by structuring internal processes, seasonal development calendars, milestones, workflows, and cross-functional alignment. The role drives operational excellence, issue resolution, standardized tools, event planning, tech pack coordination, and gross margin analysis while ensuring on-time deliverables and brand goals. It requires strong project management, strategic planning, business acumen, event management, vendor management, and leadership in a fast-paced matrix environment.
