Lead institutional fundraising strategy and manage the full grant lifecycle (prospect research, proposal development, award management, compliance, reporting, and stewardship). Build multi-year funding pipelines, coordinate cross-functional proposal teams, translate data and outcomes into proposals, ensure grant compliance and performance measurement, and advise executive leadership on funding strategy and sustainability.

Manage and grow Riverkeeper's engagement programs across a 26-county basin, including leading the Floating Classroom and Conservation Field Days, supervising staff and volunteers, developing budgets and metrics, building partnerships, integrating equity and environmental justice, and supporting fundraising and evaluation to advance experiential environmental education.

Sell vehicles by building rapport, guiding customers through selection, demos and test drives, presenting pricing and financing, collaborating with finance/service, tracking leads in CRM, and meeting monthly sales goals.

Lead policy and advocacy communications to advance downtown Denver priorities. Build stakeholder and media relationships, produce policy briefs, election guides, talking points, and earned media pitches. Coordinate with leadership, committees, and marketing to align messaging and support external affairs projects.

Maintain and develop digital assets (website, CMS, intranet), create marketing collateral and multimedia, manage social media and SEO, support analytics and newsletters, assist trade show/event planning, and coordinate marketing and training activities.
