Manage day-to-day clinician recruiting for a fast-growing at-home aesthetics startup: source and outreach, screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain ATS hygiene, follow up, and handle recruiting admin (part-time, contract).

Provide Tier 2 on-site and remote IT support and escalation for MSP clients: troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud issues; administer Microsoft 365/Entra ID and Windows Server/AD; manage endpoints via RMM; configure networking and security; assist on migrations and projects; document environments; mentor Tier 1 technicians and participate in on-call rotation.

Own retail performance for Orveon brands in an assigned territory (Ulta, Sephora, department stores). Drive sales through strategic store planning, education, event execution, visual standards, and management of Retail Sales Specialists. Build retailer relationships, manage budgets, report results, and ensure brand representation and operational excellence.

Administer and coordinate HR programs with emphasis on employment and employee relations through middle management. Advise and counsel managers and employees on policies, performance management, and compliance; coordinate recruitment and onboarding, deliver HR training, supervise HR office staff, and ensure state and federal labor and safety regulation compliance.

Manage stormwater/drainage projects for public-sector clients: lead technical H&H analyses, prepare plans and cost opinions, manage scope/schedule/budget/team, support business development, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Perform property accounting functions including accounts receivable (check entry, deposits, bank scanners), property-level compliance filings and payments, utility account management, and daily accounting email triage. Build and document processes, maintain compliance calendars, research jurisdictional requirements, and collaborate with the Property Accounting team to support a growing portfolio.

Provide application support and subject-matter expertise for the company ERP (Agility); troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, create documentation, train users, and participate in application projects and rollouts while working with Finance, Operations, Sales, Service, and Purchasing.

Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to drive annual planning, financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision support. Lead strategic projects, M&A support, and operational insight development. Maintain monthly reporting, build financial models, and communicate complex findings clearly to influence business decisions and align operations with strategic initiatives.
