Manage escrow closings from data entry through disbursement: calculate and validate fees, prepare and verify closing documents, schedule closings, balance disclosures, resolve client issues, and maintain timely status using proprietary systems and daily reports.

Provide executive-level operational support to the SVP, lead cross-functional projects, design and improve processes and SOPs, support healthcare network and health plan operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to advance strategic initiatives.

Provide Tier 1/2 production and customer support for a 24x7 healthcare platform: monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, manage escalations, perform FTP support, automate tasks, document resolutions, and participate in on-call rotation while collaborating across teams.

Provide end-user EHR support for clinical users: triage and resolve cases, escalate when needed, maintain CRM records and knowledge articles, build client relationships, work shifts between 8am–8pm, and contribute to process and tool improvements.

Work with the COO to diagnose and solve high-leverage, cross-functional operational problems end-to-end. Build models, unit economics, dashboards, operating cadences, SOPs, and automation; partner with functional leaders and hand off durable systems so teams can run without you.
