Manage daily operations of the Major Case Unit handling complex commercial claims. Manage escrow closings from data entry through disbursement: calculate and validate fees, prepare and verify closing documents, schedule closings, balance disclosures, resolve client issues, and maintain timely status using proprietary systems and daily reports.

Provide executive-level operational support to the SVP, lead cross-functional projects, design and improve processes and SOPs, support healthcare network and health plan operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to advance strategic initiatives.

Provide Tier 1/2 production and customer support for a 24x7 healthcare platform: monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, manage escalations, perform FTP support, automate tasks, document resolutions, and participate in on-call rotation while collaborating across teams.

Provide end-user EHR support for clinical users: triage and resolve cases, escalate when needed, maintain CRM records and knowledge articles, build client relationships, work shifts between 8am–8pm, and contribute to process and tool improvements.
