Lead strategy, governance, operations, and adoption for Microsoft 365 collaboration workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 Apps, Power Platform). Ensure service reliability, drive roadmap and user adoption, manage engineering/support teams and vendors, oversee licensing and cost optimization, and partner with Identity, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint teams. Serve as escalation point and provide executive reporting.

Provide on-site IT support and network administration for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshoot hardware/software and LAN/WAN issues, manage firewalls/routers/switches, support device deployments and inventory, and assist with podcast and digital media production (equipment setup, recording, editing, and publishing). Travel to client locations and occasional after-hours work required.

Install, configure, monitor, maintain and secure servers and infrastructure; perform backups, patching, troubleshooting, user account management, performance tuning, documentation, and on-call support for clients.

Serve as the strategic IT liaison to the Wealth Business Unit, aligning technology investments with business priorities. Lead demand intake, prioritize initiatives, manage product and platform roadmaps, measure value realization, and drive adoption. Build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional delivery with architecture, security, data, vendors, and operations, and provide strategic recommendations tied to measurable KPIs.

Serve as a strategic IT-business liaison for the AmeriLife Health distribution unit: build stakeholder relationships, prioritize and roadmap health-related IT initiatives, drive product execution, measure value via KPIs/OKRs, enable change adoption, and recommend technology and process improvements aligned to business goals.
