Lead strategy, governance, operations, and adoption for Microsoft 365 collaboration workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 Apps, Power Platform). Ensure service reliability, drive roadmap and user adoption, manage engineering/support teams and vendors, oversee licensing and cost optimization, and partner with Identity, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint teams. Serve as escalation point and provide executive reporting.

Analyzes complex business processes and workflows, documents business, functional, and technical requirements, and serves as a liaison among Operations, Quality Assurance, and technical teams. Facilitates requirements sessions, testing, approvals, training, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives. Independently leads low- to moderate-complexity assignments while managing changing priorities and supporting end users and IT staff.

Acts as a liaison between operations, quality assurance, and technical teams. Analyzes workflows and business problems, documents functional and technical requirements, facilitates cross-functional meetings, develops test scenarios, coordinates training, supports process improvements, and provides troubleshooting assistance. The role independently manages low- to moderate-complexity assignments and may participate in QA and UAT activities.

Installs, configures, monitors, secures, backs up, patches, and troubleshoots servers, systems, hardware, software, and infrastructure. Supports client requests, manages user accounts, maintains procedures and standards, performs performance tuning and capacity reporting, monitors data center equipment, handles recovery from failures, and participates in an on-call rotation. The role is fully on-site in Dunedin, Florida and emphasizes technical problem-solving and customer service.

Serve as a strategic IT-business liaison for the AmeriLife Health distribution unit: build stakeholder relationships, prioritize and roadmap health-related IT initiatives, drive product execution, measure value via KPIs/OKRs, enable change adoption, and recommend technology and process improvements aligned to business goals.

Lead demand intake, prioritize initiatives, manage product and platform roadmaps, measure value realization, and drive adoption.
