Lead global HR service delivery strategy, drive AI-enabled transformation to autonomous HR services, improve operational excellence and SLAs, build team capabilities, and partner across HR, IT, and business stakeholders to scale ServiceNow HRSD and related technologies.

Develop and deploy computer vision and machine learning models for object detection, segmentation, classification, video analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection. Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions, evaluate and fine-tune PyTorch or TensorFlow architectures, analyze model performance, and address real-world constraints involving lighting, sensors, cameras, and edge-device computing.

Curate and manage large-scale image and video datasets, oversee annotation workflows, run model training and evaluation jobs, maintain benchmarks, document results, and analyze model failures with senior engineers. The role supports AI/ML production workflows and offers growth toward applied modeling or MLOps.
